Mario Testino.

I love testino's work with a passion. whenever I read the name of the photographer for the months VOGUE I have a secret hope that it will be him. I think that the last time he did the inside photo shoot for British VOGUE was in March earlier this year where he did the "Girls allowed" shoot, starring Patricia Van De Vliet!

She's gorgeous. I love her in these photos, but also you might have seen her in the recent Prada shoots (the bright lipstick, back- combed low bunches look):

Then also in Louis Vuitton S/S 2010...

BUT ANYWAY. I'm straying from the point.
Mario Testino is famous for his distinctive way of making the models in his photos look innocently bad < yes that's a oxymoron, clever no? He has done many shoots as I said earlier and even had the privilege to perform the shoot of Burberry S/S 2010... With Emma Watson and George Craig... I'm so utterly jealous.

oh my god. it kills me to even look at his beautiful face.
especially now he's broken up with Emma Watson!
and whilst we're on this subject- I so met someone called Emma Watson the other day!
woo...

Back to Mario.

He's recently published his 10th book: Kate Moss By Mario Testino.
Which I haven't read or even bought. I'm pants at reading books, but I promise if I had this one I would read it. Just need to find where to buy it from, that isn't a german online site...

My lovely friend actually bought me a book called VOGUE fashion recently, which I WILL read! It's just books like Pride and Prejudice I can't get my head round. The storyline is amazing, but I must say the film is so much easier...

So this book Kate Moss is about, er, Kate Moss?

Here's a glimse of some photos from inside...

She has everything I would love. A career in fashion, her own label, working alongside Mario Testino, she's stunning and she can pull anything off. Minus the drug stuff.

Overall he's done work for American Vogue, Allure, British Vogue, French Vogue, German Vogue, GQ Magazing, Russian Vogue, Stern, V Magazine, V man, Vanity Fair, Burberry, Vogue Hommes, Calvin Klein, D&G  Gucci, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Salvatore Ferragamo, Stefanel, Valentino and Versace!

eeek. I would love to meet this amazing man one day...

"I usually try to make my images look like they just exist, like no effort was put into it."

i'm gaga for her.

"Some women choose to follow men, and some women choose to follow their dreams. If you're wondering which way to go, remember that your career will never wake up and tell you that it doesn't love you anymore."

Lady Gaga is awesome. She may go over the top, but she knows how to combine art and fashion to create outfits that make people say wow.

I must admit that some of her music is a bit too mainstream for my liking, but despite that, I STILL LOVE HER.
I found this "HAUS OF GAGA" top in H&M and had to take it to the changing rooms to try it on! Sad? I know...

WALK, WALK, FASHION BABY.

I love how she can design her own outfits and therefore none of her outfits are anywhere else. One of a kind.

RAH, RAH, AH, AH, AH, ROMA, ROMA, MA, GAGA, OOH, LAA, LAA.

Who goes on the Jonathan Ross show with a telephone as a hat...
Who makes a bow for their hair, actually out of hair...
Who can accessorise with the most dramatic sunglasses, and get away with it...
Who does a VOGUE Japan cover dressed in meat...

the definition of uniqueness.

Ok, I admit I am not a fan of the last one.

-Killer Style.

This was disgusting. As a vegetarian I hope that that is NOT real. Please?
Not only did the Japanese VOGUE shoot her with meat as a garment, but Lady Gaga took this idea and made it her outfit for the MTV Video Music Awards, much to the public's astonishment.

On the other hand, I doubt that this is real meat. It would have started to smell or curl up under the heat of the bright stage lights. phew.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Never fails to disappoint.

"And now, I'm just trying to change the world, one sequin at a time"- Lady Gaga.

kingston fashion week.

My friend and I had planned to go Kingston on Saturday 25th to do some shopping and found out that they had actually been performing live fashion shows from all the major stores amongst the Bentalls centre so we went! We saw three or four of the fashion shows including "Massimo Dutti", "Tommy Hilfiger", "Superdry", "Pandora", "Levi's" and "Guess". Below is a video I took of the Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's and Pandora show!

UUURRGGG. the video won't upload. I'll try to upload it soon though!

I can't remember exactly where the girls' outfits are individually from, but I do remember that they were mainly the gorgeous Tommy Hilfiger accessorised with the Pandora jewellery. I love Tommy Hilfiger and even though I cannot afford it I love walking around their stores as the staff stare at me with disinterest. Pandora on the other hand I have mixed feelings for, I know that other brands such as "Troll" came up with the thick beaded charm bracelets before Pandora did and therefore it makes me think that Pandora is not unique and their ideas are not individual. On the other hand, most of their jewellery is absolutely gorgeous and once again I wish I was able to afford it.

This model's outfit was entirely Tommy Hilfiger and gives off a great look as a classic male statement.

This guy's outfit is Levi's. The great dark blue jeans are an amazing investment as they are quality jeans and the rest of the outfit really compliment them. The structure of the pieces has been very well organised and looks cool yet casual.

It was amazing getting to go to some form of fashion week when I couldn't get to London's even if it was in the Bentall's centre!

Urban Outfitters. oh my life.

They even sell Florence tees. C'mon. They must be the greatest.

wow. urban outfitters must beat, like every high street shop in Oxford Street. I love you Miss Selfridge, Topshop, Pull and Bear and Zara, very, very much, but as soon as you walk into Urban Outfitters it has an atmosphere that makes you want to stay in there for hours that can beat anything I feel for the others. In the past I've experienced being dragged out of an Urban Outfitters store in Bluewater, which I wasn't happy about...

Recently I won a £10 voucher for there, but I doubt that £10 will cover much of the prices. I'll just have to make my decision wisely. It is such a fantastic store.

After writing this I now feel in desperate need off a shopping trip.

i can't believe i left anna wintour out of my list!

Anna Wintour. LOVE HER.

Anna Wintour is not just the editor- in- chief of, THE best magazine in the WORLD, VOGUE, but she is also the coolest fashion icon in America. She is an amazing idol and personally I think that EVERYONE should have no choice, but to love her.

Wintour started off as a British born brunette long- haired girl and has transformed and climbed her way to the top of the ladder and is now a bob hair- cut and sunglasses icon.

She started working at the U.S. Vogue in 1988 and has been since. Her first cover was as shown as below and also proves her achievements and how AMAZING she is! She worked so hard to get where she is now and deserves everything that she has. SO JEALOUS.

She is constantly surrounded by amazing designers and artists, but none of this phases her, as you can tell from the `September Issue` documentary, and she continues on with her job in a professional manner, whereas anyone like me would faint at the sight of Patrick Demarchelier! However she watches him capture shots such as this:

and thinks of it as a normal working day.

She is the definition of amazing.

je t'aime.

omg. holly fulton at LFW Autumn/Winter. God, her designs are so beautiful.

and then there's marc jacobs... are they trying to kill me? i couldn't go this season and therefore they want to torment me endlessly. i would do anything for marc to know that i exist.

number three. GEORGE CRAIG. i would marry him five times over. Who said men can't mutlti- task? This gorgeous human is both the lead singer of One Night Only, Burberry model and Emma Watson's boyfriend.

oh chung. she is the best. she has Alex Turner and the fashion sense next best to Gabrielle Chanel.

she was a style icon and the beginning of so many trends, if i could meet anyone on this planet, dead or alive i know for certain that it would be her.

number sixxxxxx. Karl Largefeld- if anyone was to take over Coco's role in the Chanel label, there's no one better than Karl. He is inspirational and has produced the most amazing designs, for both his own label and Chanel.

These are a few of my favourite things. - The Sound of Music.
